Sony Should Recall Sony Vaio Batteries Too

Sony is now recalling notebook batteries because of overheating problems. The main case was when a battery caused a notebook computer to catch fire. Sony is now recalling batteries on specified models, which include dynabook, Satellite, Qosmio, TECRA and PORTEGE laptops.

So far there has been no mention of Sony Vaio notebook batteries being recalled, but they might want to consider recalling the batteries on some models of Vaio like the GRZ610, which has had problems of overheating. I should know. I own one.
