Amazing Reports on Iraq

It’s about time we heard good news from Iraq! Of course, it comes at the expense of those serving over there though. If the Democrats and Liberals had let President Bush send more troops earlier, more live may have been spared, Iraqi and American.

Reports of war-torn previously dangerous areas being safe enough to walk around in at night are popping up all over the Internet. Unfortunately, most of these stories don’t get the time of day in newspapers. They are stories told by soldiers serving in Iraq, in Anbar and other provinces that used to be so dangerous Iraqis didn’t even roam around unless they were looking to get shot.

I intend to add some links to positive reports in the next blog. Check back in a day or two…

The Nobel Spoof Prize

According to the standards by which the Nobel Peace Prize is set, according to Alfred Nobel’s will, the Peace Prize should be awarded “to the person who shall have done the most or the best work for fraternity between the nations, for the abolition or reduction of standing armies and for the holding and promotion of peace congresses”.

How do those standards for passing out a Nobel Prize figure into Al Gore and the IPCC winning the much honored award when the data Al Gore and the IPCC have used to promote their Global Warming scare is considered to be more fiction than fact?

Al Gore’s “An Inconvenient Truth” has received tons of notoriety throughout the world especially with the mainstream media and the United Nations, but it has met huge amounts of opposition exposing the movie as fiction instead of fact, if not a downright lie, something with which Al Gore is frequently akin to doing. (Follow this link to The Gore Lies. And if you like reading more on the “Inconvenient Truth” debunked, go to the The Real Inconvenient Truth.

Al Gore’s “Inconvenient Truth” is being regarded not only by himself but by others as the only globally acceptable truth on climate issues and earth matters. Anyone that opposes the “Inconvenient Truth” is smeared immediately by the press and Global Warming believers. “And whosoever doth oppose this truth be damned”, is their attitude towards the opposition.

Now, with the latest Nobel Prize being awarded to Al Gore and the IPCC, it seems those issuing Alfred Nobel’s prizes have yielded to Al Gore-deadheads without regard for the truth or those who truly should receive awards and honor for outstanding achievements in physics, chemistry, medicine, literature, and for work in peace.

If Al Gore wants to be honorable, the best thing for him to do would be to give back the award and admit his movie is more fiction than fact. That would bring true peace!
