Condoleezza Rice For President!

A quick note: Condoleezza Rice says she has no aspirations to run for Vice President. Instead, she should run for President! I don’t know much about her, but I imagine she would be a better choice than anyone else running for President in 2008.

Not only would she be the first woman for president, she’d also be the first black person to take office. She has everything Obama and Hillary Clinton offer in one much better package! And she would probably be a much better Republican than McCain!

Anyone else think she’d be a good candidate?

New York Times and Proverbs 18:21

I was not around when the New York Times began, but I would imagine that the people running it back then cared about the accuracy of what they printed and made it priority to get it correct the first time than to have to retract.

These days, however, that doesn’t seem to be the case.

How often have you heard the New York Times not only printing the news but making the news because of something they printed that wasn’t accurate? And when I say wasn’t accurate, I don’t mean only slightly off, but in many cases completely incorrect.

To answer that question, I just did a search in the major search engines like Google and Yahoo and found numerous stories the New York Times has had to retract, many about politicians of which the majority were and are Republicans.

Taking this into consideration, it gives me the impression the editors behind these stories at the New York Times are more focused on their political choices than they printing the truth. They would rather smear someone they dislike, again mostly Republican, than print a story that merits the truth.

The New York Times disdain for Republicans is no new news. They come right out and say it in article after article, blatantly at times.

We have strong disagreements with all the Republicans running for president.

Because the media, like the New York Times, can get a story out and reach so many, it is powerful and can infect those who read its biased Liberal slander, which is predominantly aimed at inflicting as much damage on those it opposes.

One of these days, the New York Times and the many other Liberal newspapers out there that slander others and get away with it because they can will one day get their just deserts for misusing the freedom of speech.

Proverbs 18:21
The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.

One of these days, and I may not be around the see it, the people behind the smear campaigns will reap the rewards they’ve sewn.
