No Brainer

The Democrats gave the Bush administration a hard time when he asked for a military increase several months ago saying it was the wrong decision. They said it would cause the area to become even more dangerous and more violence and deaths towards American soldiers. Boy were they wrong!

The military push President George Bush asked for and got has been paying off. It has not been the cure-all for violence, but definitely has decreased the majority of it. The increase in military presence has been helpful in reducing Al Qaeda and helped give Iraqis back their country.

Iraqis are banding together behind the American military support. If anyone is suspected of being an Al Qaeda member or involved in terrorism, residents are quickly reporting them to the Iraqi police and American military who in turn check them out and/or pick them up for questioning.

Areas around Iraq are becoming safer for residents. Iraqis are back working, doing business, playing sports and enjoying leisure time in the evenings all without fear of terrorism from Al Qaeda.

Keep your eyes on Iraq! The country may be the safest place in the Middle East for anyone to visit in the near future, although you may not want to holiday there until the debris from the war is cleaned up, unless you vacation there to help clean up the debris!

Democrats have had their minds made up about the Iraqi War military troop surge well before the Petraeus report on it all.

There’s probably a footnote or email somewhere floating around some Democrat office saying,

When the Petraeus report comes out, declare it’s not good enough and that the overall performance by the military isn’t good enough either. Claim the Republicans cooked the books like we know they always do say we could have done it differently and gotten a better result. If the report is bad, which we know it won’t be, we can just say we told everyone so. The Iraqi War was a lost cause from the beginning and we should pull everyone out, now!

The Liberal Democrats don’t care about Iraqis. They don’t even care about Americans. The only thing they care about is how they can line their pockets from the fear they create with their rhetoric.

The hate Liberals have for anything conservative runs so deeply in their being, they wouldn’t have anything positive to say about the Iraq War even if the war was already over and won, Bin Laden was captured or dead and terrorism stamped out. That’s what Democrats do best, complain and condemn and talk about how they would have done it differently and come up with a better result.
