AT&T has just begun capping smartphone new user plans saying it needs to ease congestion on its network.

One reason they have so much congestion is because their networks are old and outdated.

What they need to do is update their phone lines that run throughout America, upgrade their systems to handle more information and upgrade their technology. Countries outside America are pushing technology to its limits. And in doing so, countries outside America are beginning to excel in technology like never before while technology in America is beginning to wane.

iPhone and smartphone plans in America are some of the highest in the world. Japan has much better service and offers with their cellular phones at much cheaper rates. Is America no longer the leader in technology?
